Sharon Bagshaw

Sharon has over 30 years of experience in the technology, outsourcing and consulting services industry as a Senior Executive and business leader across a number of industries including Financial Services, the Public Sector, Life Sciences and Pharma. She has worked and lived in the UK and overseas.

She sits on the board of IBM UK and the IBM Services company and is Chair of the UK and Ireland Client Advisory Board. She is also on the Board of TechUK.

Demonstrable and proven track record in building strategic client relationships and high-performance sales teams with whom she has successfully co-created sustained growth. She has experience in large complex outsourcing deals both in terms of the creation and close as well as the delivery and execution globally.

Sharon is passionate about the skills agenda and was co-founder of ‘TechConnect’, a program between HMG and TechUK, bringing Industry and HMG early professionals together to collaborate on innovative ideas to solve real-world issues. She is a recognized mentor and coach and is proud to be part of the development of the ‘next gen’ new talent.

She is a weekend volunteer for the Alzheimers Society, Board Trustee for the Dean Trust Academy.
