Allison De Forest

Allison De Forest has six years of work experience. Allison began their career in 2015 as a Marketing Intern at Qualcomm. In 2016, they moved on to become an Account Executive at Copernio. Allison then held the same role at Tehama Group Communications and Houzz before joining Tom Ferry in 2019 as a Recruiting Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for full cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization and lead for ATS implementation and administration. Allison was also the go-to for employee communications and engagement efforts, including employee newsletters, employee events, and employee recognition. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Envoy as a People and Culture Generalist.

Allison De Forest received their High School Diploma from Corona High School in 2012. Allison then attended California State University, Chico and earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations in 2016. In 2018, they attended a Full Time Web Development Bootcamp at UC Irvine.
