We are Groundswell, the new name of OC Human Relations Council! 
Our mission: Bringing diverse people together to build a more equitable future.
 
To realize our vision, we provide proactive, inter-group relations and violence prevention programs in schools and communities. These programs are provided in partnerships with individuals, corporations, schools, cities and foundations. The goal is to eliminate prejudice, intolerance and discrimination. The programs include:
 
- Community Building; Community Capacity Building through community organizing; Living Room Dialogues, diversity training and tracking and reporting Hate Crime for the County of Orange
 
- Mediation, including community, family and court based multi-lingual dispute resolution services and Mediation Certification Training
 
- BRIDGES Safe & Respectful School Program, Summer BRIDGES Youth Leadership Camp, Walk In My Shoes Youth Leadership Symposiums, Restorative Practices training, Connected Classrooms Teacher Training and Parent Leadership Institutes for non-English speaking parents
