Erica Lerner

Erica Lerner's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Erica started in 2005 as an Associate at McManimon & Scotland, LLC. In 2008, they became a General Counsel at Specialized Education Services, Inc. and held the position until 2010.

From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Tax M&A at Deloitte.

In 2015, Erica became a Co-founder at Xtend Tribeca, where they stayed until 2019.

Since 2018, they have been working at Luminary, initially as the Chief Operating Officer and later transitioning into the role of General Counsel in 2020.

Erica Lerner pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Subsequently, they attended the Cardozo School of Law from 2003 to 2006, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law. In 2010, Erica furthered their legal education at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree specializing in Taxation, completing their studies in 2011.
