Rose Starks

Rose Starks began their career at the American Psychological Association in 2014 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided consultation and coaching to executive leadership and managers. Rose later advanced to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, delivering HR services to support the organization's vision and strategic priorities. In 2023, they joined Moore as the Human Resources Director.

Rose Starks earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Grambling State University and later went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
