Shirley Smith

Shirley graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Tulsa in 1981 and immediately joined the Tax Department of Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1991, she formed Jarrett Smith, CPAs, where she served as the managing partner until the firm was sold in 2003. Shirley met Jim Moore in 2006 while she was helping a previous client strike a real estate deal with him. After she convinced Jim to sell the property, he hired her as the CFO of his holding company.
