Paul Adnitt

Paul Adnitt has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Paul began their career in 2000 at the Department for Education, where they served as a Team Leader in the Children's Services Intervention Unit. In this role, they led intervention programs in local authorities to improve children's services performance. Paul was also involved in developing intervention policies and legislation.

In 2005, Paul joined The Learning Trust as the Head of Performance & Equalities. Here, they led corporate strategy, planning, and performance management. Paul was responsible for integrating children's services planning and performance management across various partners.

After that, Paul worked at various organizations in freelance roles. Paul served as a Quality Improvement Consultant and Transition Programme Advisor for the London Borough of Hackney. Here, they worked on establishing governance and advisory arrangements, branding and communication processes, and staff consultation exercises in education services. Paul also provided analysis and recommendations for improvements in planning, performance reporting, and quality assurance arrangements in children and young people's services.

In 2011, Paul joined Action for Happiness as the Head of Schools for Wellbeing, working as a Freelance Associate. Paul contributed to improving wellbeing in schools.

Since 2013, Paul has been associated with the NCS - National Citizen Service Trust. Paul started as a Curriculum Manager and then progressed to become the Head of Programme Design & Curriculum. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Service Design & Evaluation.

Paul Adnitt obtained their BA (Hons) degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Oxford, where they attended between 1994 and 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy at The University of Edinburgh, which they completed from 1997 to 1998.
