Jesse Sargent

Jesse Sargent has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jesse began their career in the US Army, where they served from 2010 to 2013 as a Team Lead, participating in mobilization, reconnaissance, and weapon maintenance. After leaving the military, Jesse transitioned to civilian life and worked as a Property Inspection Specialist at Midd Point Property Services from 2013 to 2014. Jesse then joined Direct Energy as a Final Quality Inspection specialist from 2015 to 2016. Jesse then worked at Nova Mission Critical as a Project Superintendent, utilizing their project management skills and Army leadership experience from 2016 to 2017. Jesse continued their project management career at Critical Project Services as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2018. Jesse then joined Aligned Energy as the Director of Platform Delivery from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Jesse holds multiple roles at OVERWATCH, a strategic consultancy, where they started as an Executive Vice President of Data Center Delivery in 2019. Jesse then became a Partner at the company and currently serves as the President of Delivery.

Jesse Sargent attended Miami Valley Career Technology Center from 2014 to 2015, where they studied mechanical engineering. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, Jesse attended Excelsior University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Alongside their bachelor's degree, Jesse also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision at Excelsior University, completing it in 2019 as well.
