Yvonne Chen

Yvonne Chen, PMP, has extensive experience in human rights advocacy, partnership development, and program management. As the Director of Private Sector Engagement at PACT since May 2020, Yvonne leads initiatives to foster cross-sector collaboration and manages substantial budgets. Concurrently, Yvonne serves as a Language Justice and Cultural Capacity Building Consultant, focusing on safe housing for survivors of gender-based violence. Prior roles include Supervising Program Manager for the Anti-Trafficking Initiative at Sanctuary for Families, where Yvonne developed outreach programs and provided technical assistance, as well as Associate Director at Reveal NYC, overseeing a marketing team and strategies. Yvonne has also held positions at the IOLA Fund, Restore NYC, the Global Business Coalition, and the International Rescue Committee, showcasing a commitment to improving systems that support marginalized communities. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Service from UC San Diego.
