Matt O.

Matt O. has a diverse work experience in product design and engineering. Matt currently works as a Principal Engineer at PDI since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at BD from 2013 to 2020, holding various roles including Staff Engineer in Diabetes Care and MDS, Senior Industrial Designer in HF+UX, Architecture and Innovation, and Industrial Designer II in Technology Development. Before joining BD, Matt worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technician/Prototype Machinist at Jet Industrial - Picatinny Arsenal from 2006 to 2013. Matt also has experience as a Lab Intern at TopGun Dental Lab in 2013.

Matt O. completed their education at Lenape Valley Regional High School, where they obtained a High School diploma from 1999 to 2002. Matt then attended County College of Morris from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an AFA degree in Industrial Design. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at Kean University. Most recently, they completed their education at the University of Idaho from 2016 to 2022, where they obtained an M.S. in Psychology with a focus on Human Factors.
