Craig Jordan

Craig Jordan has extensive experience in the payment processing industry, currently serving as a Senior Settlement & Exceptions Analyst at Planet since May 2018, where expertise in the transaction lifecycle is applied to resolve escalated client issues. Previously, Craig held various roles at Planet Payment Processing Services, Inc., including Business Operations Analyst, responsible for managing exception work across North and South America, and Settlement Processor, focusing on ACH-EFT and credit card transaction reconciliation. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Rowan University and has further education from Wilmington University.
