Haitham Essam

Haitham Essam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality operations and project management across various organizations in the Middle East and Africa. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Hospitality Operations at Planet since October 2022, Haitham previously held the position of Director of Operations at Infrateq Group from November 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Haitham worked with Hoist Group for over a decade, advancing from PMO Manager to Senior Projects Manager, focusing on the implementation of project management standards and commissioning methodologies. Haitham's early career includes roles as a Computer Network Engineer at AL-Falak System Solutions and a Network Engineer at Ather, where responsibilities encompassed network installation and support. Haitham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
