Tiago Carvalho

Tiago Carvalho has extensive experience in telecommunications and systems support, currently serving as the Systems Support Engineer and Team Leader at Planet since March 2016. In this role, Tiago has managed network infrastructure for Swisscom’s Hospitality HSIA and IPTV systems, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation across multiple European regions. Prior to this, Tiago worked as a Senior Telecommunications Technician at Portugal Telecom, providing network diagnostics and troubleshooting across various services. Tiago's career began with roles in training and helpdesk support, showcasing a strong foundation in technical customer service and network management. Tiago is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering, along with numerous certifications in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
