Luke Childers

Luke Childers is a seasoned operations and sales professional with extensive experience in management and market analysis. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Uni Refill System since October 2024, Luke previously held various roles at UCAN from 2015 to 2024, culminating in the position of Operations Manager. At UCAN, Luke distinguished himself by creating sales goals and implementing an OKR framework for the Specialty Retail Sales channel. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales and Marketing Representative at UCAN and as an Equities Market Analyst and S&P 500 Trader at Quartzite Capital, LLC. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Denver, along with an Associate's degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University and another Associate's degree from Landmark College.
