Enrico Gianluca Caiani

Enrico Gianluca Caiani is an experienced professional in the fields of eCardiology and digital health, currently serving as an Associate Editor for Europace at the European Society of Cardiology since May 2016, where responsibilities include managing submitted manuscripts. Caiani holds multiple roles within the organization, including membership in the Regulatory Affairs Committee and participation in the Medical Device Coordination Group and the eHealth Stakeholder group at the European Commission, focusing on medical device regulations and software as medical devices. In addition, Caiani is an Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, leading funded research projects, mentoring PhD and master's students, and teaching courses related to biomedical engineering.
