Chris Jarzynka

Chris Jarzynka is a seasoned meteorologist with extensive experience in weather and traffic application development. Currently serving as Senior Meteorologist and Director of Software Development and Architecture at WeatherBELL Analytics, LLC since August 2022, Chris specializes in interactive web-based applications. Previously, Chris held the role of Data Manager and Internal Applications Designer/Engineer at CNN, where responsibilities included maintaining a Next.js based full stack system for data management. Chris has also worked as a fill-in meteorologist for Hearst Television and NECN, and served as a consulting meteorologist and designer for Vizrt. Early career experience includes working as an EDGE Meteorologist at WSI Corporation and as a meteorologist at WMUR-TV. Chris holds a degree in Meteorology and Mathematics, Earth Science from Lyndon State College.
