Lara Mills

Lara Mills is a Learning and Development Specialist 1 at Weatherby Healthcare since August 2022. Previously, Lara served as an Orthopedic Surgery Consultant and a Loan Processor at Bankers Healthcare Group, where recognition as the top performer companywide in Q1 2022 was achieved. Responsibilities included managing over 300 client accounts, cultivating relationships, and providing exemplary service during the onboarding process. Additionally, Lara contributed to the development of best practices and training materials focused on sales techniques. Lara's experience also includes a role as a Jr. Production Assistant, coordinating sales initiatives and managing a sales pipeline. Lara holds an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College.
