Holly Pratt

Holly Pratt currently serves as the Internal Communications Lead at Weatherbys Private Bank, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Holly was a Senior Communications Specialist at Costa Coffee from June 2023 to May 2024 and spent a significant portion of time at Aviva, where roles included Creative Content Strategist and Internal Communication Specialist from September 2009 to June 2023, focusing on campaign development and employee engagement. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Manager at Mush and co-founding The City Girls UK, facilitating networking events for bloggers. Holly holds a degree from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
