James McHale

James McHale has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as an Assistant Underwriting Agent at Strand Underwriting Agency. James then joined the British Horseracing Authority Graduate Programme as a Management Trainee before moving on to Ian Williams Racing Ltd as an Assistant Trainer.

In 2007, James participated in the Darley Flying Start Management Trainee program, specializing in the Thoroughbred breeding and racing industry. After completing the program, they founded and directed Progeny Bloodstock Ltd, where they developed a unique way to trade Bloodstock and obtained tax-efficient Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) status.

Following their self-employed role as a Horseracing/Bloodstock Industry Consultant, James worked as a Consultant Analyst at NewGame Capital. James also established James McHale Consultancy, engaging in various business consultancy projects for international clients.

Since September 2016, James has been an integral part of Weatherbys Ltd, initially serving as the Head of Bloodstock Services. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Bloodstock Business Development & Data.

James McHale attended University College London from 2002 to 2005. The degree and field of study obtained during this time is not specified.
