Steve Arnold

Steve Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Steve started their career at Herts and Essex Newspapers, where they held multiple roles including Production/IT Manager and Production Systems Training & Development Manager. During their time at Herts and Essex Newspapers, Steve was responsible for managing various teams and overseeing print procurement. Steve also played a key role in the relocation of the company's head office and the implementation of new systems.

After their tenure at Herts and Essex Newspapers, Steve joined Iliffe News & Media as Group Production Manager. In this role, they held responsibility for the production management of the group.

Later on, Steve joined Local World Media as a Business Support Manager, where they managed the Business Support teams at different sites and had additional responsibility for the Commercial Design Team. Steve was also part of the integration team responsible for implementing new systems and establishing common work practices following a merger.

Currently, Steve is working at Weatherbys Ltd as the Head of Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Printing Services and Projects at Weatherbys. In this position, Steve managed the Printing and Commercial Services departments, ensuring excellent customer service and value for a range of digital and printed offerings.

Throughout their career, Steve has gained extensive experience in operations management, print services, project management, and IT infrastructure.

Steve Arnold attended Sir Fredric Osborn from 1978 to 1983. After that, they studied Print Origination at the University of the Arts London from 1983 to 1985.
