Racheal Rife

Racheal Rife has a diverse work experience in the education field. Racheal started their career in 1986 as an Instructional Paraprofessional at Birdville ISD, where they worked until 1989. In 1990, they became a Special Education Teacher at the same company and continued in this position until 1998. Rife then joined Weatherford ISD as a Special Education Teacher, where they worked until 2004 when they were promoted to Principal. Racheal held this role until 2015 when they were promoted again, this time to Executive Director of Instructional Support.
