Becky Tran

Becky Tran is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global mobility, compensation, and total rewards. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Manager for Global Mobility at Weatherford since February 2022, Becky oversees the Global Mobility and Immigration program, providing leadership on policies and procedures related to international assignments and expatriate support. Prior to this role, Becky held various positions at Direct Energy from June 2012 to May 2021, including Manager of Global Mobility and Share Plans, where responsibilities encompassed managing compliance and stakeholder engagement for mobility programs across North America. Becky's career also includes significant contributions at TotalEnergies in accounting supervision and compensation analysis, as well as a foundational role at Enron as a Senior Accountant. Becky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston.
