Fiona Ritchie

Fiona Ritchie has worked in various roles related to human resources and recruitment. Fiona started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Schlumberger in 2009 and went on to hold several positions within the company, including Senior HR Transaction Analyst, Employee Support Specialist, Senior Human Resources Representative, and Eastern Hemisphere GRDP Program Lead. In 2021, they joined NOV as an HR Shared Service Specialist. Currently, they work at Weatherford and Cielo Talent as a Global University Recruitment Lead.

Fiona Ritchie completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel at Robert Gordon University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Management from the same university between 2005 and 2009.
