Hugo Figueroa

Hugo Figueroa has extensive work experience in the engineering field, specifically in the oil and gas industry. Hugo has worked for several companies, including Weatherford and Baker Hughes. At Weatherford, they held the position of Director of Engineering, overseeing product life cycle management, research and development, manufacturing support, quality assurance, and application support for various divisions within the company. Hugo also played a key role in integrating acquired technology and establishing a new R&D center. Prior to their time at Weatherford, Hugo worked as the Engineering Director for the Product Development Group at Baker Hughes, where they managed a team responsible for new product development, global supply chain support, and product life cycle management for various product lines. Hugo also ensured compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Earlier in their career, they served as an Engineering Manager at Baker Oil Tools, where they managed the development of sand control systems and was responsible for project management and cost estimation.

Hugo Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
