Manoj Nimbalkar

Manoj Nimbalkar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Manoj began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Tata Infotech Ltd in 1998 and later worked as a Systems Analyst at Infosys from 2000 to 2002. Manoj then joined Adobe Systems as a Senior Quality Engineer from 2002 to 2003, followed by a role as Lead Engineer at Fidelity Investments Systems Company in 2003. In 2004, they worked at Microsoft as an Engineering Lead (Testing & Software Quality) for Live Meeting.

Nimbalkar then joined PwC in 2007 as a Senior Associate, where they led projects for various clients across multiple industries. Manoj conducted market research and analysis for a software product launch during their tenure as a Marketing Intern at Schlumberger in 2006. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Schlumberger as a Global Business Development Manager and later as the Global Marketing Manager for Schlumberger Software.

From 2013 to 2016, Nimbalkar served as the Global Director of the Petroleum Consulting Business Unit at Weatherford. Manoj then took on the role of Global Director of the Production Automation & Software Business at Weatherford from 2016 to 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Global Vice President of Automation & Software Business at Weatherford, responsible for managing global strategy and P&L of the multi-million Software & Automation business. Manoj currently holds the position of Vice President of the Digital Solutions Business at Weatherford. Throughout their career, Nimbalkar has been instrumental in driving strategy, managing operations, and transforming businesses to leverage technological advancements such as IoT, AI, Cloud, and Edge Computing.

Manoj Nimbalkar has an educational background that includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, obtained from 2005 to 2007. Manoj also holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Manoj is enrolled in the Leading Innovation program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, scheduled for completion in 2023. Manoj has also completed an Executive Leadership Program at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University in 2018.
