Navin Valsalan

Navin Valsalan has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design and quality assurance. Navin is currently working as a Lead Instructional Designer at Weatherford, where they are responsible for leading various projects and proposing innovative training solutions. Prior to this, Navin worked as a Senior Officer at IL&FS ETS and as a Senior Executive Quality at Manipal-City and Guilds Skills Training P Ltd. Navin also has experience as an Instructional Designer at NIS Sparta A Reliance ADA Group Company and as a Content Developer at NIIT Ltd.

Navin Valsalan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from Amity University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a specialization in Computer Programming, Specific Applications at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2006 to 2009. In 2006-2007, they also obtained a MCOM degree in Commerce Management from the University of Mumbai.
