Peter White

Peter White has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Peter has held various leadership positions in the human resources field across different industries. Peter started their career as an HR Adviser at BP in 1997 and later worked at Castrol as an HR Manager, where they oversaw the integration of the two organizations. Peter then joined BP again as a People Insight Manager and later as an Australian HR Operations Manager.

Peter also worked as a Director of People & Culture at Elite Customer Solutions, leading the HR function for the company. Peter then served as the People & Performance Director at Thiess, overseeing HR activities for the TrackStar Alliance. Following that, Peter joined Santos Pty Ltd as the General Manager of Human Resources for the Gladstone LNG (GLNG) Project & Santos Queensland, Brisbane.

Peter then joined Petrofac as the Director of Organization Capability and Development and later as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they led HR strategy and supported the company's ambitious growth plans. Currently, Peter is working at Weatherford as the Human Resources Vice President for Global Operations, partnering with international and North American business leaders. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources Vice President for the Eastern Hemisphere at Weatherford, overseeing HR operations in over 50 countries.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and change management. Peter has experience working with multinational teams and has successfully supported businesses in achieving their growth targets. Peter completed a full-time MBA study at the University of South Australia in 2013.

Peter White completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of South Australia in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university in 2013.
