Sadaqat Mahmood

Sadaqat Mahmood, SHRM - SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational health. Currently serving as the Global Talent and Development Manager at Weatherford since August 2013, Sadaqat has held various roles including HR Lead and Senior Talent and Development Specialist for the Eastern Hemisphere. Key responsibilities include workforce planning for NextGen Field Engineer positions, leading Assessment Center initiatives, and consulting on organizational transformation. Previously, Sadaqat was the Country HR Advisor for Weatherford Pakistan, overseeing HR operations, recruitment, and employee onboarding.
