Rustam Tanzharikov

Rustam Tanzharikov is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Managed Pressure Drilling Operations Manager at Weatherford since July 2004. Rustam has held multiple roles within the company, including MPD Field Operations Engineer, MPD Operations Supervisor, and MPD Field Engineer. Prior to Weatherford, Rustam worked at Pride International from August 2001 to June 2004, where responsibilities included roles as a Technical Engineer, Technical Translator, and Junior Drilling Operations Engineer. Educationally, Rustam holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on the Oil and Gas Industry from Kazakh British Technical University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute and a Bachelor's degree from the Foreign Languages Department at Atyrau State University.
