Scott Bayer, MBA has diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Scott currently serves as the Strategic Sourcing Lead at Weatherford. Prior to that, Scott worked at Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation as a Supply Chain Analyst for three years. Scott also held the role of Senior Talent Broker at Hays Recruiting Experts Worldwide, where they specialized in sourcing and recruiting construction professionals. Scott previously worked as an Outplacement Specialist at Insperity and as a Service Manager at Ultimate Staffing Services.

Scott Bayer, MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2003. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2010 to 2013.
