Mary Gleason

Mary Gleason is an experienced media professional with nearly 30 years in the local news industry. Currently serving as an Assignment Editor at The Weather Channel since July 2021, Mary collaborates with a team to gather information and images on current weather activity, including sourcing compelling videos and obtaining details from local officials about storm damage. Prior to this role, Mary worked as an Assignment Desk and Digital Producer at CBS46 News from October 2011 to July 2021, covering breaking news and producing digital content.
