Jared Rice

Jared Rice has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Executive Vice President at Weathermatic. Jared then moved on to Weathermatic again in 2019, where they became Vice President. In this role, they led the development and growth of a SaaS revenue stream, implemented a disruptive Go-to-Market strategy, and doubled revenue each year.

Prior to their time at Weathermatic, Jared worked at LandCare LLC. Jared held various positions including Regional Vice President, Branch Manager, Director of Operations, and Branch Manager again. In these roles, they were responsible for leading market operations, building and managing teams, delivering sales results, ensuring customer retention, and implementing regional initiatives, such as water management and conservation.

Before joining LandCare LLC, Jared worked at Cintas as a Plant Manager. Jared successfully led a production team of 75, providing excellent service to internal and external customers and achieving an 18% profitability swing for the location. Their key responsibilities included P&L management, personnel leadership, safety, asset preparedness, and culture implementation.

Jared Rice attended Wichita State University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Their field of study included Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
