Jay Fauth

Jay Fauth has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Weathervane Seafood Restaurants since September 2010. Prior to this role, Jay held positions as Assistant Manager and Kitchen Supervisor at the same establishment from July 2002 to 2010. Jay holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Northern Essex Community College.
