Todd Morley

Todd Morley has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Todd currently holds the position of Vice President of AI Platform at weav.ai, where they are responsible for defining the AI and autoML vision, driving execution, and promoting the platform to target customers and contributors.

Prior to this, Todd worked at The Mosaic Company as a Consulting Data Scientist, leading a team in building and deploying a commodity-pricing model using transformer-based time-series models.

Todd also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Data Scientist at Ipsos Public Affairs, where they managed multiple teams working on advanced-analytics products and solutions in the public-opinion and ESG spaces. Todd'steam successfully delivered the first working prototype of a multilingual cloud NLP AI application.

At Imprivata and FairWarning, Todd held the role of Chief Data Scientist and SVP of Data Science, respectively. Todd'sresponsibilities included defining AI product and technology strategy, building and managing data-science and data-engineering teams, and evaluating AI-related acquisition candidates.

Prior to that, they served as the Director of Data Science at Medtronic, where they led the AI/ML strategy for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG), evaluated AI/ML-related acquisition targets, and led data-science product and business projects.

Todd also has experience as the Director of Analytics Products at Alteryx, where they developed AI/ML product strategy, built and managed a team of data scientists and software developers, and defined the company's data-scientist career ladder.

Additionally, they served as the Chief Data Scientist for Early-Warning Systems at Teradata, where they supervised big-data and data-science consulting in the western U.S.

Before that, Todd was the Chief Data Officer at Mosaic Data Science, where they built and managed the company's commercial data-science consulting practice and secured key partnerships in various industries. Todd also worked as a Principal Consultant at Clear Peak, leading the company's entry into data-science consulting and overseeing the planning and execution of big data, data science, and BI projects.

Todd started their career at Pitney Bowes as an Enterprise Data Architect and Software-Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in setting corporate data strategy, reviewing product and IT data architectures, and championing data-science and big-data product concepts.

Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering successful projects and products in the field of AI, data science, and analytics.

Todd Morley's education history is as follows:

- From 1979 to 1986, they attended Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science (equivalent) in Math.

- In 1987 and 1989, they furthered their education at Brigham Young University and earned a Master of Organizational Behavior degree with a focus on organizational behavior.

- Finally, from 1991 to 1995, they pursued a PhD in industrial engineering at Stanford University, although they did not complete their dissertation, and therefore, the degree is listed as "PhD (all but dissertation)".
