Agatha Javellana-Schmidt

Agatha Javellana-Schmidt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, customer service, and crisis intervention. Currently serving as a Certified Peer Counselor at WEAVE, Inc., Agatha provides essential support to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. At Polycomp Administrative Services, Inc., Agatha has held the role of Operations Manager for Retirement Services since 2014, leading teams to enhance operational efficiencies and significantly reduce turnaround times. Previous positions include Marketing & Business Development Manager at IRA Services Trust Company and Personal Banker at Wells Fargo. Agatha also founded the SF Bay Area Young Professionals Activities Crew, promoting networking among young professionals. Agatha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Carleton University.
