Geoff Garinger

Geoff Garinger has over 20 years of work experience in business development and strategic partnerships. Geoff began their career in 1997 as an Account Executive at Katsin-Loeb Advertising and then moved on to ImproveNet, Inc. in 1999 as Manager of Business Development. In 2003, they joined Yahoo! as Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships. In 2011, they were the first business development hire at Check Inc., where they developed the GTM model and sales pitch, performed analysis of all deals, and established face-to-face relationships with companies. From 2014 to 2018, they served as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at SurveyMonkey, where they built integrations with Marketo and served as Sales Engineer for the first 20 deals. Geoff then moved on to Credit Karma in 2019 as Director of Data & Product Partnerships, where they were responsible for delivery of data and product services to business units. Currently, they are the Director of Utility Partnerships at WeaveGrid, a position they have held since 2022.

Geoff Garinger attended Greenwich High School from 1990 to 1993, Dartmouth College from 1993 to 1997, and has taken Extension Classes in Negotiation & Accounting at the University of California, Berkeley. Geoff is currently enrolled in Solar Energy Technology/Technician at Solar Energy International (SEI).
