Howard Altshuler

Howard Altshuler, CPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance, particularly within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Real Estate Industry Leader at Weaver since February 2020, Altshuler directs a group of over 75 professionals dedicated to middle-market real estate companies. Prior to this role, Altshuler operated Altshuler Consulting, LLC, from September 2017 to January 2020, leveraging nearly 30 years of experience in assisting real estate and private equity firms. Earlier career positions include Partner at EY, where responsibilities included leading the China Real Estate practice and managing audits for significant public and private companies. Altshuler began professional training as a Senior Auditor at EY and served as an Audit Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Altshuler holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
