Nancy Imholte

Nancy Imholte serves as the Director of Research and Development Tax Practice at Weaver, a position held since January 2012. In this role, Nancy specializes in increasing clients' cash flow by identifying eligible R&D costs for federal and state tax credits, with a focus on the technology and manufacturing sectors, along with tax planning and multi-generational wealth strategies. Prior to this, Nancy worked at John R Hannah & Co, LLP, where the positions included Senior Manager and Tax Accountant from May 2001 to December 2011. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting from Texas Lutheran University, attained between 1997 and 2001.
