Michael Delev

Michael Delev, CPM, RPA has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Vice President Real Estate at Weaver Investment Company since September 2018, overseeing various real estate holdings. Prior to this, Michael held positions such as Director of Real Estate Transactions and Development at Atrium Health from February 2017 to September 2018, and General Property Manager at Hines from 1996 to May 2016. Michael holds a BBA in Real Estate & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
