Donna Thompson

Donna Thompson, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Weavers Way Co-op since November 2021, following a role as Human Resources Generalist. Previously, Donna held the position of Human Resources & Operations Manager at The Ladipo Group - Learn. Change. Grow. from November 2017 to February 2021, and worked as a Client Benefits Advisor at InnoBenefits, LLC from July 2015 to November 2017. Earlier in Donna's career, roles included Program Coordinator at The Institutes CPCU Society from April 2013 to March 2015 and Certification Specialist & Program Development at Project Management Institute from March 2001 to March 2012. Donna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Delaware County Community College and furthered education at Villanova University from 2014 to 2015.
