Rishi Kshatriya has a diverse work experience in the digital industry. Rishi started their career at Yahoo as a Web Analyst in 1998 and then joined METRO TYRES LIMITED as a Marketing Manager. In 2002, they became a Digital Manager at Wipro Limited, where they stayed until 2007. Rishi then worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at HCL Technologies before moving to Fox Star Studio India Pvt Ltd as a Content Manager in 2008. In the same year, they also took on the role of Digital Promotion Head at CNET. In 2009, Rishi joined Google as a Digital Tech lead and worked there until 2011. Rishi then joined Verizon Business as a Senior Digital Architect and contributed until 2016. In 2016, they became the Asia Digital Head at WebCEO. Most recently, in 2020, they worked briefly as an Admin candidate Bug Reports at TikTok. Rishi Kshatriya has a strong background in digital marketing and architecture, with experience in a variety of industry-leading companies.

Rishi Kshatriya pursued their education in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Rishi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from PSG College of Technology, where they enrolled in 1990 and graduated in 1995. To further enhance their expertise, Rishi undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Anna University, which they completed between 1995 and 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Rishi obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Rishi acquired the "Fast Fingers" certification from Godrej Infotech Ltd in June 1997. Furthermore, they obtained the "WebCEO Rank 7 Asia" certification, although the specific details regarding the institution and the time of acquisition are not available.
