Maika Isogawa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Maika is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Webacy, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Customer Engineer from September 2020 to October 2021, where they collaborated with premier Microsoft customers to develop adaptive and dynamic solutions in cloud security, identity, governance, and infrastructure on Azure. Maika also served as a Language Conversation Instructor and Software Engineering and Research Intern at Stanford University from September 2018 to June 2019, where they worked on the Scaled-Humanity project and conducted research on team dynamics. Additionally, they gained experience as a Product Manager at UnifyID from June 2019 to September 2019, a Product, Marketing, and Operations Intern at Extend from January 2019 to April 2019, and a Marketing Communications Intern at Zipcar from February 2018 to June 2018. Maika also worked as a Social Media Marketing Consultant for Peet's Coffee from September 2017 to March 2018, a Japanese-English Translator at Will-B International from September 2017 to January 2018, and a Business Strategy Consultant at Daniel Wellington from September 2017 to December 2017. Prior to their career in tech and business, they worked as a performer for Cirque du Soleil from November 2015 to September 2017, where they toured internationally and contributed to PR and marketing efforts.

Maika Isogawa's education history begins with a dual-enrollment program in Physics and Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2014. Maika subsequently attended Stanford University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Symbolic Systems from 2014 to 2020. Alongside their formal education, Maika also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Behavioral Change Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and acquired the Internationally Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from the same institution. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification from Microsoft.
