François Bonvin

François Bonvin is a seasoned financial and legal executive with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Webb Fontaine Group FZ-LLC since January 2019, François provides strategic guidance to the Board and Executive Committee, leads global finance operations, and manages legal and human resources matters. Prior to this role, François was a Special Advisor to the President at Webb Fontaine Holding SA, focusing on financial, tax, and legal strategies for the holding company and its investments. François has held significant positions at UBS, SITA, and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International, where responsibilities included product structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and finance leadership. François began a career in auditing with Nestlé, holds an MBA from the University of Geneva, and possesses a robust skill set in finance, legal advisement, and resource management.
