Melanie started their career as a Senior Operations Planner at Utah Transit Authority, where they were responsible for market analysis, route planning, and resource allocation for public transportation. Melanie then became the Chief Operating Officer at CalFinder (later became Modernize), where they successfully scaled the company and achieved significant growth in online lead generation. Melanie also worked as a VP of Operations at OrangeSoda and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah. Melanie later served as the Chief Customer Officer and VP Marketing at Winder Farms, a fresh grocery delivery service. Currently, Melanie is the CEO of WEBB, a company that specializes in virtual, live, and hybrid event production. Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated their leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
