Rhonda Burke is the Director of Finance at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy). Rhonda previously worked as a senior accountant at KPMG Enterprise from January 1999 to December 2003. At KPMG Enterprise, they were responsible for providing proactive and effective advice about financial, business, and operational challenges to private companies in Canada.

Rhonda has a deep understanding of the challenges that private companies face every day, and they use their experience to help them build value in their businesses and grow successful private enterprises. Rhonda is an expert in financial planning and analysis, and they have a proven track record of success in helping companies achieve their financial goals.

Rhonda is a highly respected leader in the field of finance, and they are passionate about helping their clients reach their full potential. Rhonda is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Canada, and they are a frequent speaker at industry events.

After completing their high school diploma at Peacock Collegiate, Rhonda Burke pursued a business administration diploma in accounting at the [Southern Alberta Institute of Technology](/org/southern-alberta-institute-of-technology-sait) (SAIT). Rhonda then went on to earn their Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation from CGA Alberta.

Joan Dunne is the current Director at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy). Prior to this, they were with Tundra Oil & Gas, Three Valley Copper, and Painted Pony Energy Ltd., where they served as Director from October 2016 to October 2020. Joan was also a Director with the Capital Markets Authority Implementation Organization from August 2016 to March 2021.

Joan Dunne is a FCPA, FCA and has a B. Comm (Accounting) from the Haskayne School of Business. Joan is also an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Roy Lee is currently the IT Manager at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy). Prior to that, they held positions at Mount Royal College and Directvoxx. At Mount Royal College, they were responsible for developing an inventory of MS Access objects used in reports, providing technical support to the Enrolment Services department, and developing user and technical documentation for procedures, queries, and reports used by Enrolment Services. At Directvoxx, they were responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all aspects of assigned projects; supervising staff and monitoring the deliverables to ensure project is within scope, on budget and on schedule. Roy also gathered user and system requirements via workshops, interviews, workflow storyboards and other methods.

Alex Troniak is currently the Marketing & Communications Director at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy). Prior to this, they held the position of Marketing & Communications Coordinator at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy) for two years, and before that, they were a Motivator at YYC Cycle Spin Studio and a Sales Associate at [Aritzia](/org/aritzia). They have also worked as a Special Event Marketing Assistant at [Mount Royal University](/org/mount-royal-university). Alex has experience in a diverse range of communication based tasks, projects and events, including helping to market and plan a 1200 person event, designing documents, being responsible for various marketing and communications materials, and creating spin playlists.

Russ Dickson is a Facilities Manager at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy). Russ has also worked as a manager at Green-Tech, as an owner at RD Contracting, and as a salesperson at Volkl Sports Canada. Russ has also served on the board of directors for Water Ski and Wakeboard Alberta for 20 years, including as the High Performance Director, President, and Head Coach of the Provincial Team.

Their manager is Neil Webber, President & Head of School. They are on a team with Corrie Chalifoux - Head of Elementary School, Cameron McLachlan - Director of Athletic Park, and Jemmie Silver - Director of Library Services.

Russ Dickson

Paul Sutherland has been working in education for over 20 years. Paul started their career as a teacher in the UK before moving into school administration. For the last six years, they have been working as the Director of Admissions at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy), a prestigious private school in Canada. In their role, Paul is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students, as well as managing the admissions process. Prior to working at [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy), Paul was a Senior Teacher and Head of Year at St. Michael's Catholic School. Paul also spent 12 years as the Head of Year and Head of Social Studies at Cardinal Wiseman High School in London, UK. Paul is a highly experienced educator with a proven track record of success in both teaching and school administration.

Paul Sutherland completed their A-levels at Shebbear College in Devon, after which they attended the [University of Birmingham](/org/university-of-birmingham), earning a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc.Sc) in Geography and Town Planning. Paul then undertook a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) at the [University of London](/org/university-of-london), specializing in Secondary (High School) Geography Teaching. After several years of teaching, Paul decided to return to academia and is currently completing an Educational Studies degree part-time at [Athabasca University](/org/athabasca-university).

They work with Corri Esposito - Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Jeff Peach - Program Director, [Webber Academy](/org/webber-academy) Athletic Park, and Joël Chalifoux - Director of Athletics & Physical Education. Their manager is Neil Webber, President & Head of School.

Christina Clouston completed a BSc (Hons) in Astronomy and Astrophysics at [Newcastle University](/org/newcastle-university). Christina then completed a PGCE in Secondary Science Education at [Newcastle University](/org/newcastle-university).
