Paul Sutherland has been working in education for over 20 years. Paul started their career as a teacher in the UK before moving into school administration. For the last six years, they have been working as the Director of Admissions at Webber Academy, a prestigious private school in Canada. In their role, Paul is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students, as well as managing the admissions process. Prior to working at Webber Academy, Paul was a Senior Teacher and Head of Year at St. Michael's Catholic School. Paul also spent 12 years as the Head of Year and Head of Social Studies at Cardinal Wiseman High School in London, UK. Paul is a highly experienced educator with a proven track record of success in both teaching and school administration.

Paul Sutherland completed their A-levels at Shebbear College in Devon, after which they attended the University of Birmingham, earning a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc.Sc) in Geography and Town Planning. Paul then undertook a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) at the University of London, specializing in Secondary (High School) Geography Teaching. After several years of teaching, Paul decided to return to academia and is currently completing an Educational Studies degree part-time at Athabasca University.

They work with Corri Esposito - Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Jeff Peach - Program Director, Webber Academy Athletic Park, and Joël Chalifoux - Director of Athletics & Physical Education. Their manager is Neil Webber, President & Head of School.
