Regina Deel

Regina Deel, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in employee benefits and client relations, currently serving as the Senior Client Relations Manager at Webber Advisors since June 2021. In this role, Regina provides consultative services and turnkey solutions to enhance clients' employee benefit programs, focusing on participant health, well-being, data analytics for transparency, and cost control. Prior experience includes a decade at Conestoga Wood Specialties as Corporate Benefits Manager, where Regina oversaw the administration of diverse benefit programs for a multi-state workforce. Additional roles have included various positions in benefits management at YTI Career Institute and account management at Horst Insurance. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Albright College.
