Hugo Soares

Hugo Soares has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Hugo started their career in 1998 as an IT Technician at Lusofabril and later worked as a System Administrator at FLAG. In 2004, they joined Dell as a Technical Support employee. Hugo then moved on to Symantec, where they served as an Inside Sales Account Manager and later as a Territory Account Manager. In 2011, they joined Oracle as a Senior Account Manager and eventually became an EMEA Hardware Sales Consultant. From 2014 to 2022, Hugo worked at OutSystems, where they held various roles, including Manager of EMEA Sales Development and Director of EMEA Sales Development. Their responsibilities included team management, business plan execution, and new market penetration. Finally, Hugo worked as the VP of Sales at stenon, a company specializing in sensor technology for soil analysis. Hugo is currently the Director of Sales Development at WEBCON.

Hugo Soares attended IPAM from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued studies in marketing.
