CaRolina TicoRa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and international expansion, currently serving as CXO at WEBCONGRESS since October 2013. Prior roles include customer support at Flatworld Solutions in 2013 and work in the reservations department at Hoteles Estelar S.A., where negotiation was conducted for the luxury all-inclusive Occidental Grand Cartagena in collaboration with Occidental Hotels and Resorts. Further experience includes leadership at The Devon School of English in 2010 and support roles at Club Getaway in 2007. CaRolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad Central, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
