Alicia Chau Arroé

Alicia Chau Arroé began their career in 2019 as a Food and Beverage employee with Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC. Alicia also held a Business Administration and Talent Intern position with Centro Seguro during the same year. In 2021, Alicia began working with WebCreek as a Global Talent Executive and Global Talent Executive Assistant. In this role, they are responsible for Nearshoring innovation, IT Staffing Solutions, and working with multidisciplinary teams in the same time zone.

Alicia Chau Arroé attended Universidad de Lima from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration.
